I have had this for over 2 months now and used it very regularly at first. In the time I have used, I have removed 2 links (Yay me!). It is fun and easy to use. I feel it really improves core strength. My daughter can get it started without swinging the weight (I can't) but maybe with enough practice I will be able to. I will tell you put it on tight. (It does leave marks on my belly), if you don't it will be harder to keep it in motion.

Very easy to use, sturdy and not really noisy. I saw a lot of reviews in different hoops that say they are loud, but its not loud. The belt is nice, does help increase the sweating while using the belt and makes it more comfortable than without the belt.

I am a senior living in the south and cannot always go outside to exercise due to the heat. This allows me to get in a good workout while inside. It is easy to put together. I can work out once, or even twice a day, depending on my schedule. Good investment.

Super Excited to use this! The 1 month I've had it, it has been great! But starting yesterday 4/9/25 it got hard to keep spinning. Today, no matter what I did I couldn't keep it spinning. Took it apart and one of the wheels already broke! I loved it while it lasted, but super disappointed that I can't return it, they only do a 30 day return. Now I have to look for another one asap....hopefully lasts longer than this one did.

Sturdy and easy to use! Changing the links in and out was no problem. Felt the workout immediately!
