I love those supplements, this is my second bottle and I noticed an an improvement in my overall health and wellness and a boost in my energy levels. It does not cause any stomach troubles or any undesirable side-effects or reactions. At the time I purchased this product my buying decision was based on looking for a product that provides my body with all the vitamins and minerals needed to function optimally, to be totally vegan including capsules covers and to be designed for women, I loved that this product was designed by women. I also was preferring capsules over other forms of supplements i.e. gummies. One more thing I loved about those supplements is the neat design of the bottle and the colors used. So far I am so in love and satisfied, thank you.

Updated 10/01/2021So its been almost a year now that I've been taking these vitamins. My hair has grown appox 7-8 inches. These are very good vitamins, for women's overall health as well as hair,skin&nails. And come to find out my headaches are Not due to the vitamins or any of it's ingredients. Good vitamins, I recommend.These are really great vitamins. I've been taking them for a little over 3 months now. My hair has grown about 2 inches & my nails require weekly trimming. So these do help with skin, hair & nails. I also feel more energized. The only bad thing is I have been having unexplained headaches for 3 months. I just recently read somebody else's review on the same vitamins. And realize that my headaches are most likely due to the large amounts of vitamin B. So I started taking 1 capsule every other day. And what do you know, no headaches. Your body will only absorb a certain amount period! So I suggest taking a lower amount than recommended. My urine was neon yellow, since I been taking a less amount it is nolonger neon lol. A little bit too much information, but worth sharing. These are excellent vitamins as long as you're not taking too much of them. 42 year old female.

I was not taking care of my body for a few years. I was out of shape, tired a lot and showing signs of high blood pressure and hormonal imbalance. I decided to give more focus to my health at the end of 2017. In addition to adding more exercise and changing my eating habits, I was taking individual supplements i.e. Vitaming B Complex, Vitamin C, D3, B12, Iron etc. I wanted to take just one supplement, so I did some reasearch on multivitamins. Everyone is different and this multivitamin includes what i’ve determined that I need to support improving my overall health. I’ve been taking it since June and have seen an increase in my energy and just feel better overall.

I like this vitamin, especially because they included information about the purpose of the ingredients. I also like how it includes some extra things like the "female nourishing blend" and the "antioxidant and fruit energy blend." However, I found that by taking the full dose (2 pills a day), my pee was turning neon yellow. Obviously, this means I'm getting too much of something and my body is working hard to filter it out. According to Google, it was probably B2 (riboflavin), and this vitamin provides 1923% of the daily value of that. When I cut the dose in half (1 pill a day), this problem disappeared, and as an added bonus, now it's cheaper to get my daily vitamins.

I'm a big fan of the healthy vitamin, mineral and superfood ingredients in these multivitamin capsules. It contains an antioxidant and fruit energy blend that I'm very familiar with. I really can't stress enough how excellent the ingredients are (even though the amount of each is pretty tiny). They're beneficial for your immune system and help prevent infections and illness.I enjoyed taking this multivitamin and I've been doing well the past couple months. I suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia, so it's extremely important for me to take the right supplements to benefit my mind and body.I make my own plant-based health supplement capsules which have changed my life (and others' lives) immensely. If I were to make a multivitamin supplement, it would look almost exactly like this one from NutraChamps. I highly recommend it!

I have been looking for a reasonably priced multivitamin that is also vegan. This brand was the winner in my vitamin search for a few reasons. One being because it’s formulated for women, so it includes a lot of supplements I was looking to buy such as dong quai, red clover, and cranberry. Two it is packed with all the important vitamins and minerals! Super high amounts of B’s and daily amounts of everything you’ll need from a multivitamin. You also get a great energy blend. Lastly I love the fact that I can easily order them from amazon. I’ll get them in 2 days and shipping is free with prime. I have been taking these for about 2 weeks and I can honestly say I’m enjoying the results. No matter how well you eat you should still take a multivitamin as sometimes it’s hard to determine how much you are consuming because of things like gmo’s and environment. I HIGHLY recommend.

Once I read that vitamin K is essential for ALL women, even seniors like me, I searched for a multi with K in it. I am always skeptical, but this is truly effective. This is my second order.

I’ve been using these vitamins for over a year now. No after taste, or any bad side effects. My hair even seems to be growing in better and stronger(even with bleaching it). I’m vegan and really like that this has b-12 so I don’t have to supplement separately. Will continue to buy
