I tried all the tricks I read but the pump still doesn't function at all. The smell is also disappointing.

I haven’t used the shampoo yet but the pump on the bottle wouldn’t work at all. $30 is a lot for a defective pump.

I haven’t gotten this product on Amazon but buy it from my stylist. The pump is an all around issue, but I searched YouTube and was able to find the trick to get it to pop up. You must hold the part that connects to the bottle then slightly push down in the pump and twist counter clockwise. Boom! Enjoy your shampoo/conditioner.This product leaves my hair so soft for days after wash and even alleviates tangles daily.

The lid is supposed to twist to open, and it will not open. I like the shampoo but I lost so much of it trying to open it.

i ordered my ELEVEN Miracle hair shampoo and the conditioner from my salonist, I HATE that pump, i tried turning it to pop it open, and same for the conditioner BOTH WILL NOT WORK, So luckily i tossed those 2 junk pumps and got me my extra cap from ordering it on amazon, Glory be my caps both fits the bottles perfectly, (warning to other customers who buys this 10oz with pump) your gonna have a complicated time to pop it open, so upon using my new cap to the shampoo & conditioner i love them both, lathers excellent,. and conditions excellent, i love this new shampoo line, but i hate hate the pump it wont pop up to open!!!!

Well the smell is just okay. I’d like to try the product but the pump doesn’t work. It’s really unfortunate to pay $30 for shampoo I can’t even get out of the bottle.

Got both the shampoo and conditioner however the pumps don’t work. So now I have to either buy separate containers or return.Anyone else figure out how to make them works?
