I’ve been taking this for about a week and already feel less bloated. It’s easy to swallow and the ingredients are impressive—milk thistle, turmeric, and glutathione. No side effects so far. I’ll definitely continue using it!

The generic sticker on the side doesn't exactly instill confidence, lol. But, I give them the benefit of the doubt.The company website looks professional and legit, though it seems to be very marketing-oriented. I didn't see anything about manufacturing processes, or testing.That said, it looks like a really good formulation, and a fair price. It'll take a while before I can notice any 'effects', but offhand I would see no glaring reason not to try them.

After graduation my work got busier, and I really needed something to support my liver health. A friend recommended this product so I decided to give it a try. So far it feels pretty good. The capsules are a bit large, but I heard that’s because they’re packed with good ingredients.

I don't like labels that are hard to know what you are actually getting. It says 500mg of milk thistle extract. the front says 30,000mg. That is a 60:1 extraction ratio. If that is accurate than this a lot more than other supplements I have and that sound pretty good. I have another brand of milk thistle that has 250mg at a 30:1 extraction which is equivalent to 7500mg of milk thistle. Could this really be 60:1...I don't know. If you are going to spend hard earned money on milk thistle get one that you actually know is a dose that will have an effect. This doesn't appear to be USA made though so I'm not sure if they are just printing whatever they want on the bottle. Pass on this one.

Great supplement! Easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and I feel more energy and better digestion. Will buy again!

I bought this because I’ve been feeling sluggish and dealing with some digestion issues. After a few days, I noticed I felt lighter and more regular. The tablets are smooth and easy to take. Really happy I gave it a try!
