Delicious and effective
I was looking for an omega-3 supplement that was vegan because I did not want to risk any fishy aftertaste with non-vegan variants. They contain a massive amount of omega-3, and they are extremely easy to eat as they are in gummy form. They have virtually no smell, and they have a chewy, comfortable texture. I will continue taking these as part of my morning supplementation as they are high-quality and allow me to effortlessly reach my omega-3 goals.

Mild, pleasant taste.
These taste great, the texture is not gritty, and they were reasonably priced. I was looking for a good source of omega-3 to help my joint stiffness, that did not include fish oil, and these were recommended to me by my sister who takes them consistently, with good results. They aren’t too big or too sweet, which I appreciate. Soft and easy to chew. I’ve only been taking them for a week but I am hopeful that they will be beneficial to my health, improving my joint stiffness, complexion, and the brain fog that has creeped in now that I am approaching 50. I will update in a month, and hope to say that they continue to work well!
