I had a pair of octoboxes that required you to insert the rods into little pockets on the softbox and then insert them into the bowens mount. Thankfully I lost them somewhere in there last 2 months. I ordered this quick release softbox to see if I would like it. Now I wonder why I didn't lose the old ones a long time ago. What used to take 10 to 15 minutes to set up now takes a couple of minutes. The same house for taking it down after a shotmot. I'm ordering a second one. Someone said in another review that it is difficult to assemble. I would disagree.

Works as expected

The media could not be loaded.  This is everything I needed for my photo shoots. Easy to assemble and take apart. Only issue is the inside white liner Velcro is super sensitive. Which one of them tore off right when I got it. So just be careful when taking it apart and peel it off slow. I’m using my neewer vision 4 with this softbox. Loving the results.

I was skeptical that it was going to be cheaply made but it is quite the opposite! So durable, so stable, and definitely high quality for the money. I am so happy to have invested into this.

I've been really happy with this soft box from NEEWER. I've been using a smaller version of their parabolic soft boxes and wanted something bigger and this has been perfect for that! It's well made and very easy to set up - just push the ribs of the soft box into place, let them lock and insert the soft box over, super easy! Since this uses a bowens mount you won't have any issue finding lights that can work with this. This does a really great job diffusing the light and comes with 2 diffusion pieces as well as a grid to help you further adjust your lights. I actually find I prefer this to the parabolic soft boxes that they this requires fewer ribs for the soft box, making it lighter and easier to set up + take down. Overall a great option for the money.

I am a really big fan of Neewer products, always really well made and always significantly cheaper that the other manufacturers. This is a really great softbox, easy to set up and does a great job of diffusing your light. I am now using it with all of my portrait work and will be buying a second one to give me more lighting options. Highly recommended

Tralasciando quella che possa essere una considerazione di prodotti economici, quella della neewer, devo ammettere che questo prodotto é materialmente ben costruito, da una prima vista la diffusione é molto omogenea e grazie al nido d’ape in dotazione é molto precisa.Un bel prodotto con struttura “pensate” che spero eviti con il tempo di usurarsi facilmente

Would be nice to have 2 strenghts of diffusion, but for the rest, it is a very good piece.
