Grip Strength Trainer Set - Metal Hand Gripper, No Slip Trainers, Strengthener for Enhanced Grip, Forearm Training and Exercise

I bought the Demiwise Grip Strength Trainer Set for my boyfriend who spends most of his day at a desk. We were looking for something he could use to improve his hand strength and relieve some stress during the workday. This set has turned out to be a fantastic choice!The metal hand grippers are solidly built and feel sturdy in hand. They offer a great range of resistance levels, which is perfect as he progresses and wants more of a challenge. The no-slip grip is effective; he hasn't had any issues with the grippers slipping out of his hand, even after extended use.The set is compact enough to keep on his desk without cluttering the space, and he's found it really convenient to just pick up and use during short breaks. He's noticed an improvement in his grip strength over the past few weeks and enjoys the physical activity break that it gives him from the computer.

It’s been 1 month training with these and I see my forearms getting more vascular, more muscular, and my grip strength has improved significantly.Definitely would recommend getting.

These are exactly what I wanted and work well; the only downside to them is that the foam grips tend to slide off the metal trainer during use. Still an overall good product and great value for the cost. Would buy again.

This kid is awesome! Solid steel just like I remember from back in the 90s. I would recommend this to anyone trying to strengthen their grip.

Great quality. The handles are textured aluminum and can be pretty aggressive at higher weights. They are a good hand size and are not uncomfortable. It comes with sleeves to make them less aggressive on your hands and help with comfort. I am making the assumption that the weight is accurate but I have not tested that. I can say that as you move up through the weights it seems to be incremental. The difference from 100 to 150 seems about right. All in all great product and I have had a ton of fun trying to get to 300 lbs. wish me luck.

This grip trainer is great, I use it a lot to improve my grip strength when practicing karate. It also helps me a lot in lifting weights at the gym. I recommend using them for hand strength in a variety of sports. You will perform better in sports that require strong hands. I forgot how easy and fun this simple exercise is.
