I was so skeptical of buying this online, especially as the item only had a few reviews, but all were excellent, so I took a chance. You can't beat this deal. This computer (in midnight black) is so sharp, so fine. I cannot believe how beautiful it is in person, and I am typing this review on it right now. Typing is soft and smooth, and the keyboard is so comfortable. The graphics are elite with many options for accessibility alterations. I'm a writer, and I'm losing my sight, so I'm less worried about a ton of storage and bells and whistles and more concerned with visual and with battery life, comfort under my wrists and hands. This has it all. I use wrist pillows because I have carpal tunnel, but this new MacBook Air has a less sharp edge than the prior model I had, which is nice. I also like that this model returns to the mag battery. I love the larger screen, and despite its bigger size, it is still incredibly lightweight and portable. Everything is lightning fast as far as load up, app function, etc. I migrated using Migration Assistant from my 2019 Air to this one, and it was seamless and easy. I was good to go in an hour with all my data in place. So far everything is pristine, beautiful, and I've been using it for well over an hour on a full charge and the battery hasn't dropped a bit. It's a workhorse as far as I can tell! I'm so pleased with this purchase, and I'm grateful to the seller for being legit and delivering a wonderful product! Thank you!

The media could not be loaded. The performance is great ! The size is great and a big screen ! The quality is amazing I definitely recommend this color and this model ! The weight is a solid weight. The battery life is amazing and the design is great to !

I absolutely love, love, love this computer! First, I normally buy refurbished Apple products from Amazon and all have worked beautifully. It was delivered quietly the following morning at 6am. For reference: This particular one is a refurbished premium. The set up was super easy and fast. Did everything through the cloud. The picture is clear and crisp. Excellent sound. Great price. Nice and light. Works very well for my intended business use. Highly recommend.

Nothing wrong with the laptop. Made in china charger does not work. I called them 4 times. I just need them to ship me the new charger. My boyfriend order same spec same day with seller-Kanga Supply. He got authentic Apple charger and it works on my laptop. I asked Amazon how my bf got apple charger but mine is not apply charger. He also ordered from Amazon but from Kanga seller. They said is they cannot control. What I understand is “your luck”. I asked Amazon to replace the charger for me so that I don’t have to waste my time and energy to return it back to them. Nope!! They don’t do that. And they are so rude. One of technical supports asked me to call the charger MFR!!! What!!! Why I have to call them. I am Amazon customer. I bought from Amazon and I cannot speak Chinese. They hang up my calls impolitely. They don’t care. They just want me to return and rebuy! I already download and set up everything on my laptop. I don’t want to waste my time to reset and wait for the shipping over and over again. Like I said they don’t care! But what can I do? Take it or leave it!!!!

I will be as honest as i can.I had my doubts whether to buy a Mac pre owned or renewed as I didn't know what I was going to get but I don't regret it at all. This is my first Mac and I did not wanted to spend to much on a new one. Although the delivery took longer than expected, the laptop that was delivered to me is brand new, not a scratch on it, the battery is at 100% of its life, the charger is original and without any sign of use. I am sincerely surprised because I saved a lot of money buying this product.

Not a single scratch anywhere, screen is in more than excellent condition, battery life is great after using it a day! Looks beautiful! Loved 2023 model brought back the tripping resistance magnetic charger, way easy to just attach on! Shipping is fast and packing is good. The only complaint is the charging cable on the USB3 side is sort of hard to push in and take out. Thanks!!

Great product, battery life and OS work well. Noticed a small scratch/dent near the earphone jack and a small scratch/discoloration on the right/upper back of the display when first purchased
