Works great
Used this to clean my HP clogged printer head. Works pretty good, was able to unclog 90% of the print head and can now print.

Nice kit and lots of cleaner fluid
I liked the kit and for some it might work, but I ended up buying a new print head. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to clean their printhead as it seems like a good kit.

worked for awhile ... but the printer was old and I had to purchase a new printer

Doesn't really work well
I tried this product and following the instructions, it did work well in emptying the old ink. However, just using the syringe and tube along with some rubbing alcohol/water mixture probably would have worked just as well or better. Product wise, I would say this product is over priced and not worth the cost.Even after following the instructions and doing a deeper clean, my print head didn't respond and I ended up having to purchase a new print head anyways.

Fixed my print problem. New printer not needed
I was prepared to toss my printer and purchase a totally new one which I hated to do as I was. It sure a new one would take the cartridges I had in stock.Well I followed the direction as well as referred to YouTube videos and all I really needed to do was clean the print heads to again restore the full functionality of the printer.The cleaning process was easy and didn't take much time to do it.

Don't waste your money!
Syringe was a total joke. It wouldn't pull in the cleaner because seam was no good so there was no suction. What a waste of money.
