No nonsense YOGA BRICKS
Have you ever seen the add...I won't mention the brand but it says 'sirf bujhaye pyaas...baki sab bakwaas'...it's the same analogy for this...just does what the name suggests...the no nonsense yoga bricks comes in a set of two ....but of course you have two hands so how can it come in one...anyways it's actually of a good build and it's really sturdy. You'll feel that's it's more costly then what you pay for...real value for money I must add. It's so damn light weight and easy to use. It is so versatile that you can practically invent your own move by using it in variety of normal planks, side planks, lunges etc. Hands down this is one of the best value for money I've seen so far. Just go for it...
