I was so surpised at how much better this was than previous fridge. At the crucial job, food is kept cold and dry - lasting longer.Pro: food stays fresh longer. Freezer doesn't ice up at all. Decent water reserve which is quite easy to clean. Good storage inside.Cons: a little noisy if you are concerned about that. Finger print magnet. Getting it level was a complete pain (might be my lack experience). The system seems a little rudimentary to adjust each corner.Overall would 100% buy

Better than I expected, quiet running, plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer, the cold water dispenser is a fantastic thing (daughter suggested we put wine in there 😀) I simply love this fridge freezer. The two guys who delivered were respectful and went above and beyond to move it from one place to another, and had great manners too.And no, we did not put wine in the water dispenser...

Delivery team were absolutely fantastic. Went above and beyond to get the unit in place, which weren’t easy.I’ve seen a few complaints about delivery teams but I can honestly say these guys were absolutely fantastic. Product looks great and looking forward to using it.

Still early days for using the fridge freezer but looking good so far. The delivery firm (ArrowXL) were useless. They would not bring the fridge freezer into the house. It was left to my wife and I to get it into the kitchen. There was nothing special about the location of the kitchen. It was a straight corridor from the front door. We eventually managed it our selves but I would not recommend ArrowXL at all.

This is a very wide, American-style fridge/freezer. Looks good, and has a fillable water dispenser. It almost didn't fit the hallway. But we slowly maneuvered this 105 Kg behemoth past radiators and doors when the Amazon delivery crew refused to do what they were paid to do. They also broke one pane of glass and cracked a second on the front-door which is a 130-year-old, original Victorian door.The fridge is good and stylish, my first opinions are that it's not designed for 2L bottles of water or pop, but my fridge died so beggars can't be choosers. it is very wide, internally, and cooled very quickly when plugged in, so far fridge looks good.I will update in a month or so once I have had more experience, thanks for reading.

The guys who delivered this did a great job. We have scaffolding all over the front of the house but they wangled it in with no problems. The fridge freezer is big, yet it’s not as wide as I thought but it’s tall! I’m just 5 foot and have problems reaching the top shelf in the fridge! It’s wonderfully quiet and the alarm is a great idea on both the fridge and freezer.I had a tall freezer and a standard fridge freezer but this Hisense beast swallowed it all up easily. It looks quite small but the freezer drawers are very deep and can hold lots. Also the lights on both are a bonus. All in all I’m really pleased with this fridge freezer and would recommend it. (Unfortunately whilst sorting the drawers out my lovely husband broke a front so I’ll have to try and get it replaced, grrrrr!)

Waste of money. I've had this fridge only for a few weeks then breaks down. I've been on to Amazon for nearly 2 months to resolve this but i'm getting nowhere with this Fridge Freezer. I am now in a position that I have to get this fridge freezer binned as no one is able to repair it and Hi Sense didn't help either. Apparently the 2 year warranty doesn't apply to this item event tho it only lasted 2 weeks before breaking down. Poor Service from Amazon and Hi Sence. I've lost complete trust with amazon. Better off buying from a local store.

Really happy with this. Purchased it at a great price during prime and its been working great. Saw some people complaining about the noise, its been ok for us. Just normal fridge sound. At least more queit than my previous one from 10 years ago.
