Wonderful medicine for chronic constipation
Long ago our family doctor prescribed me to take this in case of constipation. Though isabgol works, this is a combination of islabgol with ayurvedic formulation. Just consuming it at night for 7 days gives full relief from constipation and bad gas. Mulethi and saunf reduces acidity in the stomach. Much better than consuming medicines with severe side effects. No side effect at all and completely cures bloating and constipation within few days of use.
