This is a Dexter Sani-clean, which is a high-quality product. It’s on the larger size for a pizza cutter which makes it easy to use, and the plastic handle and metal construction make it super easy to clean with no mold issues. I own multiple Dexter knives and they are all high quality.

This is a professional pizza cutter, after working at a pizza place, I had to get one, The blade is sharp and cuts through the pizza easily, doesn't fall apart like the cheap ones with rivets, this blade is secured by a nut and bolt, and the blades are replaceable, though I have not yet needed to replace. The handle is comfortable. It just works.

I get so tired of cheap disposable kitchen tools. As such, I'm always on the lookout for top quality, durable, high performance tools. I've been watching around at pizza places to see what they use. Many use the large rocker knife style cutters, but many also use this particular wheel style cutter, so I ordered one to try it.The handle is sturdy, the connection point for the cutting wheel is solid, and the cutting wheel itself is heavy duty and reasonably sharp. I've used it to cut a few different types of pizzas, and it's easy and stable to handle and operate, and it performs its function admirably.

So far so good. Sharp and cuts well. We will see if it lasts well.

After purchasing a couple cheapo pizza cutters here on Amazon, that fell apart and were useless junk from the get go, I finally purchased this made in the USA. It has fantastic build quality, is the correct size, cleans easily and can even be sharpened rather easy by holding the wheel in place with two fingers pressing on the side and then running it threw the small manual sharpener, turning the wheel as needed to sharpen the entire circular blade. Looks like a winner that should last me a lifetime of cutting frozen pizza’s. And that’s a lot of pizzas. Try those frozen private selection pizza’s from Kroger/Ralph’s, they are really good and tasty, well done.

Admittedly before this I was using a Micky Mouse pizza cutter I got from my family on a Disney trip many years ago and it lasted a long time. It did a decent job and held up forever. I still have it as a backup. I have used other pizza cutters at freinds and family that did a decent job as well.I simply did not realize how good a pizza cutter could be. I assumed you just had to make a few passes back and forth to get the best cut. Not with this bad boy. It takes one pass across the pizza to get the smoothest cleanest cut you could ever get.

Well, it cuts pizza. Sometimes it is a little zigzaggy and you have to go over the pizza more than once, but it does eventually cut it.
