Best on the market
I've tried 20 or so samples of booster pads and these are the best by far in every way. Super comfortable, instantly absorbent, and small enough to fit in a purse or pocket. They can actually save money if you use them in a higher priced pullup by allowing you to keep the pullup on and only change the booster. I've used 2 in a pullup on occasion when I know the situation guarantees I will wet them and was well pleased. This is a quality of life improver.

Doubles the absorbency
My mom is incontinent and has mobility issues that make it difficult to get to the bathroom in time, so Depends are a must. However, they aren't absorbent enough to hold her for very long (or if she has a major release) so I added an incontinence pad, but even with that, she was having still having accidents that required changing her clothes. I didn't realize there's a key difference between incontinence pads and booster pads until I did some research--booster pads allow the urine to pass through to the Depends whereas incontinence pads do not (which also means the Depends aren't serving any purpose). With these pads, both the pad and the Depends work together to double the absorbency and provide excellent protection against overflow/leaks. Since she's been using these pads, she's had far fewer accidents. The pads themselves are quite large and cover almost the entire pad in the Depends, but they're not as thick and bulky as the incontinence pads she was using, so they're a little more comfortable. They're more expensive than the incontinence pads, but well worth it to keep the accidents to a minimum.

Pad Needs More Adhesive
The pads do not have enough adhesive to stick to the panty. Pad falls out all the time when pulled down. If they could add more adhesive to hold them in place, they would be the perfect pad. Walmart’s brand Equate has great adhesive, but they are not long or wide enough. Ultimate Booster pads are perfect in every way except they not stay in place. Maybe use the type of adhesive from Walmart’s Brand!

Stick well
Been wearing these and the Ultimates for years. Work very well. No leakage. No smell. I wear with underwear that holds them up without sagging down between my legs. Would recommend.

not worth un boxing,
incontience and they are no good for that.NOt enough lining on bottom so urine goes right thru to clothing..i would send them back but would hate for some one else to get stuck with themi do not usually write bad reviews but this just hit me wrong.
