Handle and pre drilled holes for assembling it don't line up.....2 pin plug supplied and no converting plug given.Wouldn't recommend this product to anybody

Arrived just over a week ago.Used it every time I get home (as does my wife).Fantastic unit, neat, tidy, and better looking than the main opposition (which I also have experience of).I don't understand why the previous two feedbacks are so negative, I did read them but thought I would take the risk as the unit was so cheap, so pleased I did. No the pre drilled holes don't line up but it isn't because they are drilled wrong, the back plate needs turning slightly, no problem whatsoever, could even have vibrated loose in transit, a monkey could do it.Two pin plug supplied? so use an adaptor or (as I did) replace it with a 13amp plug, standard wiring colours, another expense but still a cheap unit.Replacement polish? yes you can buy it separately (though not from this supplier) and easily obtained, try Amazon or ebay, I can also buy it from the local shoe repair man. Go for it, I'm a fussy sod but very happy with this and excellent value for money, it won't disappoint.

The machine does a reasonable job, good enough to keep. The problem is because of the compact construction it is not easy to maneuver the shoe or boot to polish all areas of the boot. The polish bottle interferes with access to the polishing wheel to polish the sides of the shoe or boot.

I emailed before purchasing this item to ask about replacement polish, which you cannot buy separately, so once polish is finished machine is no use.

Bought this for my husbands Xmas present he loves it great product definitly recommend it rest price quick delivery excellent.

Really impressed with this - very easy to set up (took 30 seconds) and works brilliantly. Would highly recommend.

Just received this machine. I shined two pairs of shoes and it did a good job. It came set up and ready to use.
