It took awhile to kick in so I wasn't sure if it was working but after a few weeks, I seem to have some added energy in my daily routine which typically revolves around work which requires a good deal of physical activity. One confounding factor to consider is I haven't changed my diet or stimulant consumption typically coffee or other energy drink.I often feel supplements which are supposed to relax you but going the other way I probably should have cut back on some things. I do supplement with vitamins and minerals and am fairly active day to day so I can't say I had issues with energy, performance, etc., but will continue to take this supplement and probably cut back on some of the others to see if my energy level maintains.From what I understand of the effect expected, I feel it could be adding to my performance, definitely don't mind taking the product and seemingly is safe to do so for extended periods of time. Reasonably satisfied with product and its cost. Will have to reorder soon so will report back after additional period of time goes by, especially as we enter into the winter months.

The bottle indicates 1 pill is the recommended dose. I found that it works for me, but I needed 2 pills to feel much of anything. Using 2 pills makes this brand more expensive than other alternatives that give more milligrams per pill. Each person is different, so maybe this one will work for you.

The pills are pretty large, and I noticed no real benefits in the three weeks that I took them. Went in the garbage.

Those reading for effects on men's sexual health, I have gotten a definite boost from taking half the dose, one pill per day along with Sunflower lechithin and Pygeum.
