If you want to cleanse your body from waste, don’t sleep on these. Drink plenty of water while taking them. The water helps to activate the effect of them. They work over a few days when taken as directed. I did experience some stomach discomfort, but that was the signal that it was time to go to the “throne room.” Gas isn’t necessarily gas when you take these so please be aware of that. Your stomach definitely feels lighter when you’re done. I have ordered these several times already, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to declutter, detox, or get rid of excess waste. Your body will thank you.

I never leave reviews, but this is a good product.. I wanted to try this before my wedding to shed a few extra pounds. I only took one pill at night before bed, like other reviewers have suggested. I did not have any cramping or pain, but you do get the belly grumbles the next day and will use bathroom several times. I did not have any crazy diarrhea or anything just had to go a lot more. But I was not expecting it to kill my appetite completely which was an added bonus! I could not take this every day due to work, and in one week I lost 7 pounds. I would highly recommend this! (I will add, I do have IBS, Colitis, and occasional ulcers so was worried about pain, but I had zero pain from this product!)

I’m currently on day 3, it does work but you will need to stay near a bathroom. I bought these because I wasn’t eating the best these past couple weeks and my skin was breaking out so bad and I looked so bloated so I felt like I needed a cleanse before returning to my regular clean eating and active lifestyle. Drink a lot of water because the constant going to the restroom will dehydrate you. I haven’t checked my weight because the weight isn’t my concern I just felt like I needed a cleanse.

Works well. No stomach cramping. I suggest following directions on the bottle. Expect to “go” in the morning and expect to “go” at night. It’s super important to drink lots of water all day for best results in my opinion.
