How big is each piece?

Each piece is 10 feet and while I was skeptical of how it would look after I opened the box, installed and painted, it looks amazing.

Its the lineal feet of the product or the length

can i read or watch instructions on how to install before buying?

I end up buying the corners. Could not do the corner with miter saw.

I received mine and it doesn't have directions what glue do I use to install them?

If you go to A la Madison site on line they will tell you the recommended glue and Amazon does sell it. We have had no problems with the tiles coming loose or anything. Very happy with ceiling. Looks great
