I originally rated this a 2 star. The customer service contacted me daily to help me with the problem. I must say that I I am so impressed by their service. They readily ordered to replace my watch. I do love the watch. It's absolutely beautiful . It worked great except for the problem with the battery. Had I not have that problem, I would definitely order from this company. Their customer service is amazing and shows that they would stand behind their products. What more can anyone ask for. Order this watch you will not regret it. This watch is perfect for a small wrist which is very hard to find.

the set is great.

When I received the watch, my mother loved it however, about 90 days into her using the watch it won't charge at all. My mother is retired and has not dropped the watch or neglected it at all. I tried using product support from the order page but it just is Amazon's AI bot. It really is a shame because, had the watched continued to work and continued to function properly at 90 days, this would be a 5 star product.

I'm loving it for the price. Very pretty, good quality, great options & no problems disconnecting. And YES you can customize watch face. Go to dial library and click on the first pic you see with the pen next to it. Upload a picture, pic your clock and position. Works great.Update: Not even a month old and it's dead. Won't charge. What the hell. Stop selling crap that doesn't work. The first one I bought at least worked around 3 months.

I have mixed emotions about this watch...it is beautiful & for the most part works properly. The main thing I need a smartwatch for is to know when I have a message...I rarely get them pushed from my phone. Calls are fine, other features are fine, but the thing I really need it for...NOT! I have tried numerous things that have been suggested in the manual or the app, but nothing works to make the messages come to the watch consistently. I also wish the vibration was stronger...I have it on the highest setting, but if I am busy I rarely feel it. Wish I could find a solution to both.

This inexpensive smart watch exceeded my expectations. It is so pretty. I can make and receive phone calls. I can receive texts. I can receive notifications from sites like Twitter and Facebook. It can play music and control my camera. It charges very fast. It was really easy to adjust the band. I have only good things to say about this watch. If anyone is looking for an inexpensive smart watch that is compatible with any phone, look no further. I strongly recommend buying this watch. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with how well this works and looks.

Speaker sucks, but I use it more for tracking anyways

Love the watch. Had small issue with dials not downloading and pushing to watch. Reset watch and did reinstall of fitcloudpro. Now I have no dials at all and it doesn't reset. Shows push download failed. I think I figured out the fix. It's with the network settings on phone. Unbind watch, unpair Bluetooth. Uninstall app. Go into settings>about phone>reset>mobile network reset>reset. Then as soon as that is confirmed do same process with wifi and Bluetooth network reset. Restart phone. Then pair watch with phone. Reinstall app. Bind watch. This is process for Samsung galaxy s22 ultra. I imagine similar on other phones. Hope this helps anyone having same issue.
