The Ultimate Music Trivia Game – Hitster is a Blast!
Hitster is hands down one of the most fun music games I’ve played! It’s a perfect mix of nostalgia and challenge. Using Spotify, you listen to songs and try to name the artist, song, and the year it was released. It really tests your music knowledge and gets everyone in the group involved, no matter what genre they’re into. The game is easy to set up and has a great pace, making it perfect for parties or casual get-togethers. If you're into music and love trivia games, this is an absolute must-have. Highly recommend for any music lover!

Great game for family fun!
This game is awesome and can be played with all the family. Ideally you need Spotify to play the game however you can play without. It just won’t play the full song when you scan the QR code without. Super easy to get started and fun for all ages!

Intergenerational game that brings all ages together.
This is a fun game that allows all ages to play together and enjoy listening to old, new and familiar songs. We play in pairs to make it even more fun. Everyone has an equal chance to win as the main event is guessing the date of a song and placing it on your card timeline. It’s that easy!! Lots of other points tokens are also available for anyone that can guess the artist and song title too. It’s our new favourite game as a family and at friends get togethers.

Fun for all the family, tech side could be improved
Bought this for my family and they are obsessed! The QR codes don't always load seamlessly though.

Great game for all ages
I bought this for over the Christmas period and have played multiple times with different groups and have had rave reviews. It’s really easy to use and perfect for a group of mixed ages. Played first with my sister, her husband, my dad and my kids ages 8-65 years old and anyone can play it. My 8 year old almost won last time we played as a bit of luck goes a long way. My brother in law said he really enjoyed it who is hard to please with games. My dad really enjoyed it too. Lots of great tracks to listen to which makes it more fun. Would love an expansive pack as we have got through all the songs now. We could probably play it a few more times before we start remembering the dates of the songs. Highly recommend, best game I’ve bought in a while

So much fun!
We've been playing Hitster with our friends and their children, and have found it to be brilliant. We've also discovered lots of music and artists that we had no idea even existed. Not all of it great! I'm very good with 20th century music but modern stuff seems to be completely alien to me, ha ha! The kids, however, are great with 'new' (as in post 2000) music. It's actually really interesting to discover each other's musical knowledge. We have a big family get-together soon, with a broader range of ages, so we're planning to take this game along, especially as everyone is very into music. Should be lots of fun! And that's something else I really like about Hitster - that it can be played with a large group of people, and not the usual 4-player scenario. The game mechanic itself is very simple; download the free Hitster app to your phone, scan the QR code on the card to listen to part of a track, then decide where on your musical timeline it fits. Your opponents can challenge you in order to win points.By the way, you don't need to have Spotify (free or paid) to play this. Our friends don't have it but Hitster worked perfectly well without it.
