I was skeptical about shilajit at first, but after a week of taking these, I just felt so much better. I'd get an extra dose of energy that would normally be absent, and I just felt overall better in many ways. I have no idea what the claims are regarding these, but I can say for certain that they've made a huge difference for me personally, and I'll be taking them daily from now on without fail.

Felt nothing

Before these, I'd yet to find shilajit that didn't taste like tar scraped off the bottom of a dirty car or truck. Greabby's Shilajit Gummies actually taste pretty good and are very low in sugar. They actually make taking a daily dose of Himalayan "rock squeezings" palatable. I like pretty much everything about them and believe in the efficacy of shilajit, so was happy to find them. They are a little pricy, but quality versions this natural wonder usually are. The reason I only give them 4 stars is because there is so little information about origin, manufacturing, and standards on the container and almost nothing online except this sales page. These are really convenient, delicious and they work well. I take one at bedtime every night and really like them. It's a very convenient form.

Unlike most supplemental gummies, these actually tasted pretty good! If they weren't considered supplements, I would actually snack on them in a similar manner to gummy bears. However, these are not snacks, and as such, must be rated according to what they are designed to be.While these are a treat to eat, I question how effective they are. Study after study shows that gummies rank among the least effective way to take supplements, and after a month of taking them, I can't say they had an effect on my body. While gummies may be more beneficial than taking nothing at all, I would say to skip these and find shilajit powder instead.
