Merrell for the win!
I bought the Merrell Moab 3 WP Hiking Boots as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, and she absolutely loves them! This is her second pair, and they’ve proven to be just as comfortable and durable as the first. The fit is perfect—no breaking in needed, and they’re incredibly comfortable for long hikes. The rugged design ensures great traction on various terrains, and the waterproof feature is a huge plus, especially on rainy days or muddy trails. She’s been raving about how reliable and stylish they are. Overall, a fantastic purchase—highly recommend for anyone looking for durable, all-around hiking boots!

Excellent Quality
Fantastic hiking boots! Great support all around my feet and ankles. Some reviewers have noted a “hard bump/lump” and found it uncomfortable. The arch support in the boots are exactly where they need to be, so I do not find them uncomfortable. For reference, I wear a size 5.5 M width in Nike Women’s running shoes and I ordered the 5.5 M width in the hiking boots. I tried them on with the yoga/pilates socks since I was already wearing them when I opened the box. I did not find it uncomfortable or tight, they feel nice. I can get thinner socks if I want a little more room, but the fit is perfect and I do not anticipate blisters since my feet will not slide around inside the boots. I find the toe bed comfortable, too. Not tight at all! I am extremely pleased with this purchase.I purchased my husband the same model boots, in Men’s and the sizing was correct for him, as well. He loves his boots for the same reasons I indicated above. He has also noted that he feels he stands up straighter and his posture is better when wearing his boots.Overall all, very comfortable, extremely well made, excellent quality, excellent soles, and made to last.

As expected.
I love the Merrell Moab 3 trail shoes. They fit as expected. The higher-top boot has a clean look and provides great stability and foot protection. I am looking forward to seeing their degree of waterproof vs. water resistance. They have a stiff feel, yet in my experience, this is wearable and comfortable. If they hold up like my previous pair, they will be durable. My only issue with this shoe is that the round laces tend to come undone easily, which can be good or bad. I advise double knotting. I plan to wear them out.

Absolutely amazing hiking boots, fit perfectly! Best ever! Worth every penny!
These hiking boots are superb!! They fit perfectly! So well made, so comfortable!! Simply superb!! Have worn Merrell hiking boots for years, know their quality well. I purchased previous pairs of Merrells from other companies that sold Merrell products. These days those vendors aren't selling Merrells, they are selling their own brand, which can't compare to Merrell!

Size up - 1 Full Shoe Size, and customize
Moab 3 Mid Waterproof Hiking Boot : My advice ~ Size up 1 (one) FULL SHOE SIZE.I typically wear Women Reg Size 8. I sized up to 8.5 Reg, but they were too small for comfort. Returned those, and replaced with a size 9. Note: they also offer "wide" sizes, for those who need it.My experience: Mountain hiking, boot comfort is especially important for long and difficult treks. The tread is excellent! - especially for mud, snow, slush and steep conditions. AS expected, always walk carefully on ice. These are solid, sturdy boot with good low-mid ankle support. The insoles are not very padded (not to my comfort level). Easy remedy ~ Good comfort shoe inserts ~ fitted into the boot, makes for a really pleasant hiking/walking experience for hours on end. That's why I suggest getting one-full-size larger boot; Room to wear a heavier sock, PLUS add the insert for more cushion on the insole. Once I got the boot adjusted/fitted correctly to my foot, they're PERFECT, like walking on air. What I appreciate the most is the sure-footed experience, when hiking on uneven and extreme terrain. No such thing as a lifetime boot, but these are well made and should last a very long time.

These hiking shoes are super comfortable!
These are great. So comfortable from day one. I normally wear a 6.5, sometimes a 7. I got the 7 wide because sometimes shoes like this feel a little tight in the toe region, and I was planning to wear hiking socks with them. They are a little roomy in the toes but very comfortable. They made it great through the rain and mud at Machu Picchu with good traction. Good ankle support. And they’re even cute. I’m a huge fan!

Comfy and super grippy
I wear a size 9 and purchased a size 9. They fit perfectly. They are cushy and warm and beautiful. The grey base and blue highlights are perfect for matching most things. And I feel like I could stand on the side of a vertical drop and not slip with these vibram soles. Really great buy. Ankle support is great and I feel like they me walk better and with better form. Quality is superb. Breathable to a certain extent, but they are water proof, so you don’t want too much breathing…

Boots Fit like a Glove!
First impressions: solid, sturdy, super comfortable, nice, snug, secure fit with a little wiggle room in the toe box.Traction feels great as well.Reviewers said to go half a size or a full size up. I’m usually a size 6, but went for a 6.5, and with my hiking socks, the boots fit like a glove.Looking to go on some hiking trails near home as these boots are for my upcoming trip to Machu Picchu/Peru this summer! Hoping they remain comfortable and reliable on the trail!
