Delivered within a few days of ordering in actual Samsung boxing so seems to be the genuine article at the best price around. Easy to remove the old and fit the new. Just annoyed that when we purchased the printer we did not realise the imaging unit would need to be replaced as well as the toner cartridges.

Solved the problem with smear marks
I had previously bought a non-Samsung imaging unit at half the price of Samsung's. But I was getting a lot of smear marks on the prints. Replaced with the manufacturer's version and everything is fine now. There is a moral to this story ....

Grrrr Samsung!
Let me be clear I loath giving this item 5 stars but there is technically nothing wrong with it. I just wish I knew that buying these would be a cost of owning the printer.

Item failed after 4 months !
Product failed after 4 months, not impressed !I have the same Samsung printer at home (which is 4 years old) still on the original imaging unit

Limited by a Page Counter
It works perfectly but I'm a bit disgusted that the printer refused to operate after a certain count on the old one. The old one was also working perfectly when it reached its final count. Printer was still under warranty but I can't see myself paying the very high price of a genuine one again.
