Worked very well to improve my sleep while backpacking
I'm a stomach sleeper and always have trouble sleeping comfortably when backpacking. At home, I use a long pillow to prop up my hip and shoulder on one side so my head isn't cranked too far to the side, but I had trouble finding something light and compact enough to serve that purpose when camping (clothing in stuff sacks just didn't work well). This bolster is just the right length and I can inflate it to the right volume with just a couple of breaths. I used it this past weekend and had the best sleep I've ever had in a tent - pretty much as well as I typically sleep at home.I read some concerns about durability in other reviews, but I'm hoping it will last if I'm not using it daily like some others might be. It might be better for my purposes if it didn't have that tiny layer of "fuzzy" texture on the surface, so an air mattress patch kit would work on it if I needed to repair it in the field, but I guess I'll cross that bridge if I come to it. If it does leak after just a few uses, I'll come back and update this review.

Good quality - stayed inflated for days - really soft
Surprisingly good quality. I ordered it for a week long meditation retreat and I only inflated it once and it stayed inflated the whole week. It was super easy to deflate. Inflating takes about 20 seconds. For me personally, I would need it to be a bit higher, because I use it under my knees when lying on my back. But I used it in combination with a pillow and it really gave the extra support.

pros and cons
This inflatable stays inflated -- I've had it inflated a few weeks now and have used near daily as a bolster under my knees while lying flat on my back with heat pad around my neck. For this usage, this product is fine, and I'm glad to have it. It is a size that is easier and more attractive to store near bedside, moreso than many bolsters are.I had hoped to use it in bed, under the covers, to help my restless legs and leg cramping issues, for comfort. For this usage, I do not recommend this product if you are at all sound-sensitive. I am a restless sleeper, and the 'plastic' sounds of this bolster as I moved around are too annoying -- edging / 'hem' sticks out just a little, just enough to make annoying sounds as you move (also the air plug protrudes a bit and you have to be sure to point it in the correct direction or else it is likely to annoy your sleeping partner).I had hoped this bolster would keep me from moving to my side, allow me to sleep on my back through the night. Didn't work. [Note: this may well be a 'me' issue more than a product issue.]It does have a nice feel to it (the brushed covering is a nice color and the majority of the surface area is whisper soft against the bed coverings.

Easy to inflate and deflate.
I have had this item for over a year. I use it whenever I spend a night away from home. I love it. It blows up easily and stays inflated all night. It’s soooo easy to deflate. It folds up very small. The outer cover is soft and comfortable on my skin. I highly recommend.

Almost
I thought this item was great. It was comfortable, adjustable, a great size. It really did the trick. I liked it so much I purchased a second one. Then, the day after I made the second purchase the first one lost its air. At first I thought I had somehow inadvertently opened the valve and created a leak, so I reinflated it, but the next day it was deflated again. I reinflated it several times trying to identify the leak but could never find it. Oh well, I had another one on the way. I received the second item and all was well, almost. This one sprung a leak too. Again I tried to identify the problem but never heard, saw or felt a leak. It just kept deflating. This pillow really does fulfill my need but I couldn't use it if it was deflated. Ive now purchased a different pillow. I'm waiting for it to arrive now. Hopefully it will do the job.

Great while it lasted (only a couple of months, though)
This little pillow was great for awhile. Used it under my knees while reading in bed at night. Then, to rest my knee on as I slept on my side. I didn't fill it with air a) the way, because about 2/3rds was just right. Yes, it was great - while it lasted. The it got a small leak at a seam. 😔

Small pillow, big results and big releaf makes travel easier
Back Pain from arthritus can be a big prom. Adjustable beds handle this at home, but Leg pillows can help, but what about travel or can't afford an adjustable bed. The inflatable pillow is an answer. This little pillow uninflated is very compact for packing, but when inflated provides big painrelief. It inflates to a firm presure for great support. The price is comperable to a regular pillow.

Game changer
This thing is fantastic. I was on a month long trip and used it every single night. It's super easy to inflate/deflate and didn't leak or loose pressure. I used it to bolster my knees while sleeping. Bonus use! On my way home (16 hr flight) I was able to inflate it about halfway and used it as probably the best support for under my pillow ever. It's long enough that, when slightly deflated (deflates super easily by pressing the air entry point, not like a typical blow up port), it bends and forms perfectly to lean up against the window on the plane, without slipping back between the seat and window. Though that wasn't the intended use, I'll never again be on a long flight without this thing. It was a game changer. Absolutely would recommend.
