Too much burnout sensation
I don’t know what about this surma is causing irritation in my eyes, it burns so badly that I can’t open my eyes for a very long time unless i wipe it off or wash it. This is the second time i used it thinking that first use might have caused the irritation but no, both the time it hurt very badly, felt like my eyeballs were sucked in. Very bad. Even after wiping it off completely, it burns in intervals and the burning is really, really, really bad, never buying this ever again.

Worst quality
I generally don't post the reviews except either product is too good or too bad ! Bought this expecting a good quality looking at the price they're charging but it seems this is worst quality. It was expected to have a smooth powder but it is dragging like a mote in the eye. It is not even giving the dark shade in eye like normal Surma do ! The flass stick for application is also small not reaching to the bottom of bottle. On top of that they sent 2 bottle of same zam zam, they could have sent different one. I would recommend not to buy this !!!

It contains very large particles that irritates eyes.
The media could not be loaded. The particles of surmah are larger in size which are irritating for eyes. It says it has zam zam water particles and people tend to buy it. But unlike normal surmah it gives itching in the eyes. It has no soothing contents. The compay should depict the right content to the customer. And what those Shining particles are should also be written in the description.
