Hi. I’ve check on google that coriander, cloves, cumin, fenugreek r some of the ingredients in this curry powder as well. So I’m afraid it is not gluten free. Please feel free to check the ingredients listed on the package & run it thru on google listing of which spices has got gluten in it. Hope this help. And u can google how to make gluten free curry powder. It’s very easy once u know what the ingredients are. Good luck.

Really does enhance the flavour of the meat. I used it to make a coconut chicken curry and it was heavenly. You need to use quite a few teaspoons for a dish of four. Having said that I used 4 teaspoons full as oppose to 7 which was suggested but 7 was not needed 4 was just right.

No nonsense Malay curry powder

I normally buy the Babas, but I’ve had this one before and it’s just as good. For 4 pounds delivered you really can’t complain as it’s good quality powder and saves having to drive down south to a shop that sells it.

Excellent for chicken curry

This curry powder is great for adding to chicken curry for that authentic Malaysian taste. The whole pack lasts a long time, although I was slightly disappointed as I ordered in January 2022 and it was due to expire in May 2022. I would definitely buy it again but will make sure I message the seller and ask what the date is first.
