I really like these glasses.They're an elegant shape, feel great in the hand, about the right size for my liking and they're also not so expensive you worry about using them on a daily basis.They also make a nice sound when you tap the rim.This is the second box of these I've bought after a few of the first broke, they're not the sturdiest but I would say they're no more or less sturdy than other glasses of a similar design.I thoroughly recommend them.I hope you find my review helpful.

These are slightly taller and thinner than the image on the box implies. However, they are certainly elegant and more than adequate for helping to enjoy red or white wine. So far, at 5 weeks and counting, no chips, cracks, breakages or cloudiness after innumerable trips to the dishwasher. At £4-30 ish each they are excellent value. Great everyday wine glasses.Update after 50 weeks: we have had 3 of these break in the dishwasher but I do not blame the glasses necessarily as it may have been bad stacking… These glasses do not mist up at all and are still a pleasure to use. The price has dropped since our purchase last year so at £3.33 each we may buy another box.

Bought these to replace a broken wedding present of 60 years ago Needed both red and white wine glasses very pleased with the Dartington replacements,

I bought this set of "Red wine glasses" for my daughter who already had a set of white wine glasses from same company purchased a year ago. She had previously a set of red wine glasses from Jamie Oliver and another supplier but had broken a few. To my and her surprise when we opened the package for this set, we found them to be exactly the same size as the white wine glasses we had bought a year ago. Same height, same stem, same circumference. We had expected a larger glass.We have no option but to use but please beware size is not as expected.

This was actually a present for my parents but they always buy these glasses as they are reliably a good quality and not too expensive and I trust them when it comes to wine

I've not used them yet, but they look beautiful and are a very elegant shape.
