Best pre workout hands down

Pretty small container in comparison with the scoop size. be lucky to get 20 servings damn lucky to get that many. Look at the size of the scoop and you will know what I mean. I do a little under a scoop. Plenty of caffeine and the goodies in this one. I do 3/4 a scoop or just a tad more. You got to in order to get 20 scoops out of this little peanut butter jar. Real lucky. Other then that stuff is tops. Nice electric lemonade classic flavor brought back from the past! Taste pretty good to say the least. I like the stuff gets me jacked up and heart pumping, but only 20 servings :( that's what they say I'm thinking it's more like 15 servings. Go 3/4 on the scoop and you might get lucky. Nice amount of L-citrulline 6grams. Wish they would take it down to 4 grams and offer 10 more servings. Be perfect then. They could of been more generous with the number of servings here for $39.99 lets be honest. Formula is superb a few tweaks to get it up to 30 servings would be better.Other then that I give it 5 stars.

My husband and I both use this product. However, I only use about 1/2 scoop in 36 ounces.

Used controlled labs preworkouts for 6+ years, clean pump, not long lasting but I like that some days. Big sell for me used to be the price. It was $27 for 30 servings a few years ago, same product is now $40 for 20 servings. Basically price has increased over 100% in a few years. Better off finding a cheaper alternative, $2 per serving is a bit much for an of brand.

Loved the old school White Flood back in the day. This stuff taste like straight chemicals or ground up multivitamin. Undrinkable

Been buying this pre-workout for years now, still the best imo. Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the taste and the relatively small amount in each can.

I wasn't too sure about this company since it's not as well known as other brands I'm used to buying but I figured I would take the chance and really glad that I did. The first thing I noticed is that they take care to ensure the scoop is on top with the bucket as opposed to the handle sticking up at the top. As far as the flavor goes. It's sweet but not too sweet and it's pretty much the flavor on the bottle - not many companies are able to have a flavor to mimic what a unique flavor is but this company did. Also, I did like they they disclosed the ingredient profile and how much is in each serving so I am not left wondering. This product is very high in caffeine compared to other products so keep it in mind if you have any i tra workouts that have caffeine. Overall, I enjoyed the product very much as it definitely helped put me in the zone while giving me the pump for the workout
