Works very well!
I had trouble at first with switching to bluetooth only because I didn't read the instructions above on this page. To switch between the dongle and blue tooth you use the esc + choice and it works just as it should.I had tried other solutions to allow me to do basic things sitting back away from my keyboard on my notebook. Keyboards are to bulky or some turn off when you are reading because you didn't touch it for 3 minutes. This one has a 30 minute window before going into sleep mode. It's small but big enough to function easily. It allows me to navigate with the touch pad and gives me the bonus of a numeric pad that my notebook doesn't have and I love the pop up calculator function.I definitely recommend it!

Good as the expensive ones but some strange quirks
I tried this wireless mousepad along with 2 of the most expensive ones on (60 and 90 dollar ones) and its honestly just as good. I use this to control a computer while on stage with my band. I like that it fits in my back jeans pocket. I like that it has a number pad as those are the only keys I would ever use while on stage. I like that it can be assigned to 2 devices (use 2.4g dongle on one device then pair the bluetooth to another). One thing I found weird was that, no matter how you set your swipe actions on Windows touchpad settings, it will still do specific 3 and 4 finger gestures. I set all of those settings to "nothing" on Windows but this device still did some pre-programed mutli-finger Gestures. Some of them are annoying. I couldnt find a website or any other driver details so Im not sure how to fix that. If this listing is from the creators (Sanpyl) I hope they reach out to me to figure out what Im doing wrong. All in all, for the money, this is the better version of this kind of device.

Completely useless as a touchpad, and an unfortunately hard-coded reversed scroll direction
UPDATED 2024-01-07: I've lowered my review to one star, because this device is basically useless as a touchpad. Neither 2.4 nor Bluetooth modes are reliable, it cuts out all the time even when only inches away from my laptop. Plus, the fact that all of the touchpad settings are HARD CODED into it, with no configuration options at all, means you're stuck with its slow pointer, weird gestures, and unchangeable scroll direction. It just barely functions as a keypad, but I bought it for BOTH functions, not just the one.OLD: First off, ignore the printed instruction manual that comes with it, it's worthless. The instructions are incorrect. I had to find another review on here that had the accurate steps for switching the device mode instead.I got this to use with a small external 60% size keyboard on my Asus Windows 11 laptop when writing on my couch. The keypad works, and the touchpad kinda works. It's really spotty, nowhere near as responsive as the touchpad on the laptop itself. The touchpad randomly registers double taps when I single tap, and is really sluggish when trying to move the mouse cursor on a simple desktop screen. The directional scroll on the touchpad is also weirdly reverse the scroll direction configured within Windows itself. This is most apparent when I connect an additional third-party USB touchpad to it and line them all up side-by-side. The laptop pad and the other USB pad scroll in the properly-configured direction, while this pad scrolls in the opposite. There's no way to change it without reversing the scroll of EVERY other device on your system, even mice.2.4 wireless mode is more responsive than Bluetooth, which is almost unusable as a touchpad.

Great addition to workspace
This numpad and trackpad is an awesome addition to my workspace especially because I am left handed. Having a regular keyboard without a number pad and then this on the left is a perfect setup. Setup was easy, even Bluetooth connection was a breeze and it looks great.

Chromebook gestures not recognized by this device
I bought this to replace a bluetooth numpad+mouse (2 separate devices) combo that also necessitated carrying batteries and portable battery charger when traveling. This device fits much better in laptop sleeve and saves weight too, as it's one piece, has a trackpad instead of a mouse, and because no batteries are needed as it charges via USB-C using my laptop's or phone's charger. It also comes with a USB dongle which is more reliable than bluetooth-only.What's disappointing (very disappointing to me) is that this trackpad does not recognize Chromebook/ChromeOS gestures. This was surprising because I also have a 1st-gen Apple Magic Trackpad, designed by Apple for use with Apple devices. It dates back to before Chromebooks even existed, yet it executes ChromeOS gestures perfectly. I use it with my other larger Chromebook that has its own numpad. One more thing to note is that the 2-finger scrolling up/down runs opposite to that of the Chromebook. Since I could not reverse it on this device, I reversed it in the Chromebook's settings so at least both trackpads match in that regard.I reached out to the seller, but the only remedy they offered was for me to return the device, which I'm still mulling over because of its other advantages.
