This product worked within days , I was suffering with digestive issues for months due to a diet change. I read that this product was nurturing,rebalancing & replenishing to the digestive tract . Many years of slow digestive transit only unnaturally eased with medication that left me bloated, gassy and back to square one has been helped!! Very effective, and I like the small capsules. I appreciate that the product is organic and in a glass bottle. I like the look of the label. I would buy a larger bottle if it’s available.

I've been taking True Veda's Triphala supplement one capsule daily for over a week, and I'm already noticing some positive changes, like reduced bloating and increased energy levels.Love that the ingredients were organic. This arrived in good time, I like the packaging and could tell the capsules are of a good quality. I took one morning and night. I am mindful that sometimes you need a few months of a supplement in the system to start reaping the benefits and with triaphala this can be the case to really start to clear out the ama etc. With the exception of possibly sleeping better, I did not notice anything else. I had bought it to assist with gut issues and have decided to buy some probiotics instead.

About 2 years ago I had terrible constipation, 7 days or more without going. Then when I did go the color was terrible. So I visited my doctor and was told the usual...eat more fiber, drink more water, eat yogurt, take some unnatural prescription drugs and so on. To be honest that helped a little but the constipation came back again. In my research I came upon a short review of Triphala by Dr. Weil, known for his "non-drug" therapies. He said Triphala was non-addictive, easy on the system and made from 3 fruits. So I tried it. It took a week to act but the results have been great! I now go every day and feel my system is "emptying-out". To be honest I tried a tablet form of Triphala which did not work. This capsule works great. I just take 2 in the evening before dinner and either that evening or the next morning I have a bowel movement. Highly recommended...works great!
