We all get very sad in the colder months so we have this lamp on our high countertop, so people can just use it while they are eating or socializing. I love that it’s not too big to be intrusive, but it’s easy to use and effective! I’ve even taken it on travel with me because it folds flat.

I bought this item because it was inexpensive. I know now that it’s also cheap. The light has three light settings and three settings for automatic shutoff. When adjusting the light settings it appears that the light gets brighter and then dims back to its previous state. I’ve only gotten the light to stay on for more than a couple of minutes twice. I set the duration (30, 60, 90) and it shuts off right away. This is a marvelous piece of junk! I should have sent it back. Live and learn, I guess.

I am not a morning person by any means and usually stay up to the wee hours of the morning and sleep late - and I hate it. Over the past few months I wanted to change that but even when I tried to go to sleep early (before 11pm), I could t fall asleep. I started forcing myself to get up with the alarm between 7-8am (which is early for me) and using this light while I had my morning coffee. Lo and behold, after a few weeks I would be yawning at 930pm and be asleep by 10:30-11pm - which is exactly the sleep schedule I wanted. It absolutely works and is such an inexpensive and easy solution to a problem that has plagued me for decades. Great product.

Not the quality of light you would expect for light therapy. works good as a substitute and is convenient.

This Suxio Therapy Lamp has been life changing for me. I have never been a morning person. I'm super groggy for hours after I wake up, plus my sleep pattern was off. Since I've ben using this lamp every morning, I wake up clear headed and in a good mood! I can get moving faster in the morning too. I've been falling asleep without sleep medicine since I started using this lamp. I prop it up in bed beside me and let it work its magic. I bought it to help with depression, and it has worked wonders for that too. It's such an easy thing to do, and its effects are powerful for me. I bought one for my dad also.

…that is to say, its stand in the back, because it does not detent—snap into place—the whole affair collapses more easily than it ought. Still, compared to what light-boxes used to cost in money and electrical usage, this is quite a bargain. A piece of putty between the stand and the main body of the unit would likely help.

The brightness of this device is quite impressive! I greatly value its portability, as I typically move around frequently throughout the day. Additionally, it features a timer function, which I utilize, and offers three levels of brightness, with the brightest being my preferred setting. There is also a wake-up timer function that I do not use often. The device appears to be sturdy and well-made!
