Not sure why anyone would hate on this. It literally saved my arm pits. Every deodorant was causing allergic reactions under my arms. I tried every organic deodorant out there, you name I tried it. After one application of piper wie, literally, 5 minutes later my arms were not burning and the rash was visibly disappearing. This company was around before shark tank and once I saw the episode I ordered my first one and have been using ever since. Please change nothing there are many people like me that need a company like piper wei so we can have our deodorant and not have to worry about anything else. Also, as soon as you apply it, any smell you had is gone, immediaetly.

I have been using this deodorant for years, ever since I saw it on Shark Tank. Previously, I tried many other natural deodorants and they all were irritating to my skin. Not with Piper Wai! Not only does it not irritate my skin but I can go all day with with one application, sometimes two if it's a very hot sticky day or sweaty workout.Because of the natural ingredients, the consistency can change from season to season which never bothered me or changed how well it worked. More solid in the winter but softens upon contact to warm skin. With knowing this, the last batch I received had a different label, was very solid and left a waxy film on my fingers even when washing after application. I knew immediately that there was something different about it. So, I contacted Piper Wai directly to find out if it was a knock off. They confirmed that it was the genuine product. I love the new label but not the consistency of the product. The consistency and ingredients are the same as their stick, which contains wax making it more stiff. They replied that many customers were wanting the old formula back and that they were in the process of doing just that! I'm looking forward to getting the old formula back in stock but the new formula works as well, just a little bit more irritating to my skin.Not only am I happy with the product, but customer service is phenomenal! Used for yrs. Tired of inconsistency - either super dry/crumbly, smooth, or somewhere in between.Glass jars were the best. Then appropriately sized plastic, then ridiculously wasteful sized plastic. Lower rating due to the only constant being inconsistencies!
