You have a lifetime customer as long as you keep this formula.After years of trying different soaps from every brand you can imagine, I have finally found the best.For far too long, I convinced myself that Dr. Bronner was “better” for me and, I allowed myself to think that my dry skin from using the product was normal given the soap formula and, I accepted this for far too long. I tricked myself into thinking that the Castile soap formula that they brand themselves on was the best thing for my skin. Yet, it made my skin dry, itchy, and almost as if it stripped my skin of its natural oils.Your soap keeps my skin moisturized, has a great lather, I don’t feel like the product strips my skin.The unscented formula from which this company brands itself on is legit, and as long as the formula remains the same, I will never use anything else.I am so elated by this, I rarely write reviews but this is the best soap on the market for those of us want something moisturizing, has no scent and while not using all-natural products, it is still a great brand, not to mention, Canadian!Proud American loving a Canadian product.You have a customer for life. Don’t ever change.

I use several Unscented Company products and like them all - including this body wash. I find it truly unscented, lathers reasonably well (I have very hard water) and doesn't dry out my skin.I've deducted one star, not for the product, but as others have mentioned the packaging from the third-party seller is poor. Soap had leaked all over the inside of the package envelope, but at least there wasn't much missing from the bottle. All of my products shipped directly from Unscented Company are well sealed and cushioned and have never had a leak. This is just lack of effort from the third-party seller.

unscented must mean no fragrance was added because this does have a scent and its not great

I like the product. However, 3 out of 4 times it has arrived having leaked inside the delivery envelope. The last time it had leaked so much that the envelope had opened up and soap had fallen out (Yes, Amazon delivered a soapy empty envelope to my house). The problem is that the bottle has no seal so that if the bottle top twists even a little during shipping the result is a big mess.

It is beyond me that the product still arrives leaking. They are going to great effort to wrap, and seal the bottles. When for about the same level of expense and less effort, they could just install bottle seals available in bulk here on Amazon, for about one cent each, in bulk, and solve the problem.The soap is unscented, (no fragrance added), but does have a scent very reminiscent of Ivory bar soap, and most other pure soaps.
