Q: My trainer recommended barefoot shoes, how do they hold up for leg day?

I wear these for leg day, seem GREAT so far

Q: I usually wear a 10.5 wide because of large bunions , should I go with a 10 or 11?

I have what you would call medium to large bunion on my right foot. I ordered a 7 and had to return and get a 7-1/2 which fits perfectly and is very, very comfortable.

Q: So when i was sized for my work shoes i was an 8.5, but tend to wear 9 because my feet are wide. should i go up a size?

Yes you should go up a half size to the 9 I also am an 8.5 but due to surgery my foot has been swollen for months with the half size up I have a nine I was comfortable sure footed and glad I ordered the 9 wide go for it you will not be sorry a very well fitting shoe
