This belt is amazing. Just read the manual first as you don't put it directly on your skin (it may burn as it is getting hot), you put it on your clothes. It's been on my back for 9 hours and is still warm. Not as hot as it was at a start but still warm enough to bring comfort to my lower back. It sits well, and is very discreet. I will be able to wear it when I am in the office... perfect! :-)

Wow, really good heat pad. Generates good level of heat

I got these to discretely wear at work on the days when my bad back is very painful. I can't believe how hot they get! They last a good 12 hours (the last few hours are not as hot but still effective). The heat pad is large enough to cover most of the lumber area and is very comfortable to wear. They worked well for me and take the edge off my pain for most of the day enabling me to work. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the price! At around £25 on offer or £28.99 full price for 8 disposable heat pads. Sadly It is to expensive for me to use as often as I would like. I will use them sparingly when my back pain is at its worst. (At home I use reusable alternatives but they are not suitable to work in)

The package says max temp 60 degrees centigrade and will last for 12 hours.The max temp on my brand new pack was around 45 degrees, pleasantly warm through a t shirt, as advised, but definitely not ‘deep heat’.I first activated mine at 7.15 pm after a shower. By 10 pm when I retired for the night, it was barely warm, not the 12 hours of heat as advertised.These are expensive and only moderately effective. They are well within the sell by date, so, one can only assume they are defective.Not impressed.
