this defrost fan fit my whirlpooll/kenmore fridge! great price and similar to original....my old one making cat noises this was fairly easy to install the wire lead location on motor must match old one and the fan blade cannot be pushed too far back to motor or it will hit motor. works well! super quiet ! all good.

A Good replacement fan at a great price. Solved the howling noise in my Whirlpool freezer.

The fan motor and assembly was a perfect match but it required a bit of disassembly and reassembly to realign the motor. The packaging was extremely damaged and it was evident the shaft of the motor had penetrated the box throwing it out of alignment. The outer bag was torn in multiple places from the metal components and the interior box was almost non existent. The motor shaft would not spin until it was realigned. Once installed it worked like a champ and super quiet.

I purchased this evaporator fan due to 2 day shipping, as I have no other refrigerator. The product I received did not work; I checked the electrical continuity using a multimeter and this fan must have a bad winding in the motor. Now I get to wait another 2 days for another fan to show up, with no fridge. Save the aggravation and buy something else for another $20.

Freezer was cold but fridge wasn’t getting as cold as it should. I bought this hoping it would fix my problem and it did. Easy install with extra screws I had laying around.

Did not fit my whirlpool fridge. Looks very similar but DONT buy unless you are very good at taking things apart. Specifically had to cut the fan blades as the old fan would not fit shaft and fan included was too big. Side support arms were not adjustable and had to take old arms off from bad fan and swap out arms from new fan. When I did this fan did not spin freely anymore and it worked with some tweaking BUT probable not for long. Ground fitting on motor had to be cut off and rewired as it was different size. GOOD LUCK

With a couple screws and a few minutes, I swapped the mounting arms from the old motor into this one. Runs very well after almost a month now. The fridgidaire freezer I have, the motor isn't purchasable any more, so luckily this seems to work very well.

Was not an exact fit due to age of refrigerator but with a few modifications it worked fine.
