I don't write reviews often. I slid my foot across our hardwood floor and ended up with a gnarly splinter embedded parallel to my foot. THANK YOU.For anyone having the same issue: Soak your foot for 30 minutes in warm/hot soapy water. Then, use the lancet point of the Splinter Out to gently feather away the top layers of skin. Typically this skin will be dead so the pain is minimal. Once a piece of the splinter is revealed, you can then grab it and remove it.
