Sure, they taste a little like candy (citrus/berry flavor), but I have to admit I like that much better than the horse pill I used to buy (but rarely actually took). These have a pleasant smell and taste, and the indicated mix of nutrients matches what I’ve been directed to add to my diet. Although I do question the efficacy of gummy vitamins, I feel like this format must be better than nothing. I chose a recurring subscription to make sure I don’t run out of my vitamins, and save a little on the price too.

Yes, the bottle arrived with one big lump of “stuff” inside. Totally impossible to get anything out. SO. I got a new hack saw blade, sterilized it with alcohol and cut the bottom off the bottle. Moved the lump into two mason jars and now it’s easy peasy to separate the pieces. They taste good, dissolve nicely and are Tons better than trying to swallow some absurd horse pill like One a Day (who requires you take 2 - LOL) and Centrum which are ridiculously huge. I’d bye them again.

In the last year or so I have noticed the gummies stick together tightly and have to be pried apart with effort. Once they are separated they are fresh as they always were. I have used them for the last eight years or so.

It seems like it is now surprisingly difficult to find a men's multivitamin with lycopene in it (and it is not as easy as it used to be to find lycopene alone). So I was happy to see that this multivitamin had at least a little lycopene (although not as much as most standalone lycopene supplements, if you can find them). Furthermore, it is vegetarian friendly -- it uses vegetable-based pectin, not animal-based gelatin to form the gels -- which may be important to some.These gummies are not as chewy as other gummies (like fiber gummies, for example). In other words, they're closer to a soft plastic than a rubber. But they have a good taste, and they chew very easily. I don't notice any digestive problems after taking two of them in the morning, even if I do not eat anything with them. For a vitamin with lycopene in them, I think the value is pretty decent too. So I will continue to buy these as my daily multivitamin.

Not sure that I particularly like gummies but these are OK.

Tastes ok but gummies really stick together.Will not by again.
