First time using this brand and I honestly cannot complain. The shampoo and conditioner aren't overpowering in fragrance but just enough to know their clean. And boy i was shocked how white their(4 puppies and one adult) coats came after using it!

I use this on all 3 of my dogs, two yorkies and a chorkie. Their hair always comes out looking, feeling and smelling amazing and clean! Great buy.

I love Bio Groom! The products smell good, work well, dogs are soft and the fresh and clean scent is long lasting. I’ve used Bio Groom products for years and occasionally try something new but always go back to this one! No complaints with these products but seller needs to listen to the many reviewers complaining about poor packaging for shipping. Come up with a better way to ship it! I received mine with conditioner leakage inside the plastic bag so had that mess to clean up. This results in loss of product. Do better! You sell a great product!

The shampoo cap became broken in transit. Even though it was wrapped with a plastic film, the film became cut and the contents spilled into the Amazon box. I've not yet tried the accompanying conditioner. I've used the shampoo on my AKC herding group puppy and have been pleased.

I have been using Fluffy Puppy on my now adult dog her entire life since she was a puppy. She smells great afterwards and the gentle formula works very well for her skin allergies. She gets a bath once a week and this keeps her clean. I could take or leave the Silky Puppy, but that is just because with the way my dog's coat is it doesn't really make much of a difference as she is a "scruffy puppy".
