Wow what can I say well I didn't think they would work I've tried everything out there .It took. A few day to kick in but stopped all food cravings especially chocolate the snack attack we get .its like a miracle pill for me I've lost weight already gives you energy .I'm a normal person writing a honest review this has changed my life in a less then a week onwards and upwards I'll report back on in a month its crazy .for the price .Hope they don't stop selling this suplement .I'm 53 in menapause so been hard to lose weight just wow

This is good, it definitely suppresses my appetite. However, I’m pretty sure they are making me break out 😬. My skin was clear for about 4 months and then I started taking these and I’ve broken out ever since. Hopefully will stop. If it doesn’t by the end of the month I will definitely stop and see what happens!

Ok so I was considering mounjaro until I checked my bank balance and settled for these instead. Anyhoo I’m on day 4 I’ve definitely noticed a significant change in my appetite. I’m not snacking as often and I’m not hungry through the day. Easy to swallow as only small. Don’t know if it’s psychological but for me to only eat 1 bag of crisps instead of about 4 in one go is a big change for me. No side effects as yet, early days but I’m happy so far so good 🤞 give them a go, nothing to lose (except ya belly haha)
