Just what we needed.
We needed to replace several tent poles. These worked just fine.

Simple - exactly as advertised
I have an older REI 2 person Dome tent. All the shock cord had failed. I had never replaced the shock cord for tent poles and this was pretty easy, just used the wire, pinched the cords, and ran it through.Unfortunately, 11' wasn't enough, so I need to buy some more. That's on me, though, no knock on the product.

Adequate to use to fix tent pole
Pretty straightforward as far as what to do with this but it does not come with any directions. I was able to stretch the elastic string through the poles to fix a tent that previously had the elastic in the pole break. I did not need to use the guide wire and like I said, it's pretty obvious how to fix this. However the only thing I wish was more clear was how to tie off the end with the included washers. I just rigged it up using a couple washers on each end so the elastic can't slip back through the tent poles, but some instructions or best practices would have been nice.Overall though this is a inexpensive and effective way to fix a tent and would be good to pack on a camping trip to have just in case too.

Decent variety to handle most tent pole repair needs
Works as advertised. Quality replacement parts provided in multiple sizes for maximum compatibility with multiple brands of tents. I only needed one part out of this package, but it's good to know if any of the other components on my collection of tents fail, I have the supplies on hand already.

Saved my cheap beach shade tent
A must-have if you like to buy cheap tents or have an old one. Don’t let broken tent pole cords ruin your trip!

Exactly what I needed
Bought two packs just in case. Checked my tent for dry rot and only had one pole who needed new string. Can’t take a photo since the product was used before I wrote this review.Excellent amount of product for the cost. And it definitely did its job. 10/10

Worked well, be patient when re-stringing
There was enough shock chord for a single tent pole in my old Coleman tent. I will have to buy more shock chord to finish the rest. Glad to have the wire and washers. I don’t know how often I want to do this, a little frustrating to thread the poles with the wire correctly and the shock chord.
