Broken box!
The cardboard box was broken, had to stick the sides again.

Excellent Product, Exceptional Wooden Box Pack
The tea bags are excellent, tasty, well packed individually. The wooden gift box is exceptionally well made and finished.Only issue that I found is that instead of 8 flavours, there were only 6 flavours in the box. The flavours Lemon Honey and English Breakfast were repeated.Such issues need to be taken care of for a premium product.

Tea quality can be better. Box quality is great
I have tasted Darjeeling and Earl grey from many brands and found that the aroma and taste of this brand is not up to the mark.. Packaging though was great.

Excellent Product.
I am not an avid reviewer of products but I will go head with this. The product is an absolute delight- great tea, appealing aroma and fine finishing of the box- a decent deal altogether. I am using it for serving tea to visitors at my office. The choice and aroma never fails to make a mark.

Box lid and box base not fitted properly - box falls apart
This was intended as a gift - but I cannot give it like this. After removing the plastic covering (why plastic anyway?) , the patterned lid fell apart as did the base of the box. And now I see the item is 'non-returnable'
