As a physician in practice for over 40 years, this comprehensive textbook of the human musculoskeletal system assisted my understanding and appreciation of muscles and their actions and uses in both health and disease. It is very well written and very well illustrated.

Superb textbook, not only with respect to the depth and clarity of the writing, but also with regards to the amazing illustrations. For anyone passionate about detailed musculoskeletal anatomy and mechanics, coupled with physical therapy and other clinical applications, this is anessential textbook for your library. I have been teaching musculoskeltal anatomy and biomechanics for the last 31 years, and this is the finestbook on this specific subject I have seen.

The book I received was in perfect condition. I was a bit skeptically because of the other reviews, but this book looks brand new!! I will be shopping through them again.

This book is a very technical book for the true learner. It really helps me understand the connection of the body from the cellular level all the way through the various body parts. I highly recommend it for the anatomy geek or those wanting to pursue PT

I bought this book used because I needed it in time for physical therapy school. My expectations were more than met! The book is is great shape, literally looks and feels brand new.

Absolutely excellent book, goes into great detail describing biomechanics and has clinical correlations for nearly everything. Also with really good online resources including 3D models, force vectors, cadaveric anatomy, and clinical videos.
