Since lemon and lime irritates my eyes, i searched for an alternative and discovered Yuzu. I now use this to bake with and in chicken marinades. It gives foods a more subtle flavor than lemon or limes. It is a bit pricey but we'll worth it for me. I think I am on my 4th bottle.

I love Yuzu juice, which has a lemony taste, and a great alternative to lemon juice. I add to salads, drinks and soups. Would buy a again, even though it is a bit expensive, for me well worth it.

My wife really loved this was a great addition to her citrus palate.

4 stars because I’m tired of them raising prices when I start buying more.

I have tried to cut corners by buying other brands of yuzu extract because this is on the expensive side, but dang it I've been let down every time except for this brand. It is by far and away the best flavor profile.

I use this for cocktails, stir fry sauce, brush it on grilled salmon, salad dressings, and a bunch of other cooking applications. So versatile! It's definitely a bit pricey but you do get a decent quantity and it lasts me a while. It tastes amazing and I'm so happy to be able to get this since I live in an area where I can't get fresh yuzu fruit.
