I ordered this toilet seat on February 2nd. I received it quickly, so shipping was good. When I went to install it I noticed that the bolts to fasten it to the toilet were plastic, which is not what I expected. I installed it anyway and wanted to give it a shot. Unfortunately on March 7th those plastic bolts snapped off and the toilet seat no longer fixes to the toilet. It was a higher price then I am usually comfortable paying for a toilet seat, but I was hoping for better quality. That did not seem to be the case.UPDATEHaro Customer Service reached out to me and helped make this situation right. I am impressed with their follow up and thankful that they are a company that stands behind their product.

The seat comfort is fine. The slow closing mechanism works great! Unfortunately, the lid is somewhat thin and flexes considerably when sat upon. I do not think it was engineered for the lid to be a seat for an adult.UPDATE: The seat kept coming loose and after trying to tighten. I have re-tightened it 3 times to no avail. IMO, this is a poor design as the seat is allowed to slip away from fasteners. I wish I had never bought this model!

At first I was about to return it because it didn’t seem to fit properly but after watching the video I noticed the base was backwards when I first installed it. You can adjust the pegs they just slide to whatever position you want. So far we all like it, specifically we like the slow close feature. The base seems sturdy, but there’s still a bit of wiggling happening with the toilet seat. Hopefully this one lasts lol. And it was so easy to install took less than 10mins no tools required (but they did include a tool with the seat), as is it’s easy to remove. It looks nice, and good value for $$.

Installation is a breeze. It's closure function works right every time it's very sturdy nice appearance and lightweight. Ideal for people of large stature. Purchase somewhere products over the years and this has to be the absolute best. I will continue to use and purchase whatever I need one. And I would recommend this to anybody who's looking for a convenient, sturdy and reliable seat. It's simply a great performer

Easy onstall and good fit, but the seat constantly moves around.The quiet close is bery slow and sometimes doesn't actually close.

Simple product but well thought out. It came with a little elongated “key” to easily screw on the seat fasteners. Really easy to install.

The seat is comfortable. The soft close lid is great. However, it came with a pre-stripped screw so the seat is barely hanging on. It will do until I feel well enough to go to a home improvement store for one I can actually attach securely. It may work for you if you get decent mounting hardware.
