Installation took longer than anticipated as our door didn’t have a big enough hole to fit everything attached to the lock so we’ve had to cut a bigger hole.Once everything’s screwed in place, setting up everything on the app was really easy (passcode, fingerprint, card). So far so good, haven’t had any problems locking/unlocking.One thing I wasn’t sure about was how to lock the door from outside without using my phone and it turns out that it locks automatically after 5 seconds (default) of the door being closed - can be changed to longer/shorter delay.Fingerprint is very convenient and is the one I use the most. Phone, passcode and access card as back up.

At last a product that eliminates the need for front door keys. An issue did arise with the handle that Sifely Support Team promptly sorted for me with little fuss. Delighted with the quality of the lock and ease of use.

The lock is pretty straight forward to install in a wood door.If you're going to use it in a uPVC door, you'll need to drill extra holes etc so be sure it's compatible with your door first.The locks' app functionality is adequate for most needs and does what it says in the documentation.I haven't and won't use a gateway for cloud connectivity as it's too much of a security risk so I can't comment on that functionality.The the one thing I've found so far that really lets it down is the built in speaker, in the app, even on 'volume high', it sounds like a really cheap and nasty piezo speaker and it's very very hard to hear/understand what it's saying.

I found this exact lock from ArdanShield and purchased there for a substantial amount less.Super happy with it and from the same manufacturers.

We bought these (in fact we bought 4 in total of the identical). Intended in our B&B to replace simple digital ones believing spending about £100 each on them that they would be easy to use and install and help to remotely resolve issues if a guest had any problems. One day of them being used and we had more problems in that day with all locks than we had in 7 years before that. Even had to climb onto roof and go in through bedroom window to let guests back into their rooms. Removed the next day and returned.

Failed after 1 year, batteries failed after 3 months.I bought this for a shop that probably sees about 15-20 customers per day on average. I have rated this 3 star as i am probably using it too much.The battery failed after about 6 months but i got in by using the USB charging port with a power bank. The handle started getting sticky after 3 months and is now about to fall off at 13 months.
