My daughter skates 2-4 days a week and wears these for every single practice. They are much thicker then nylons but thinner then normal socks (about the same as skating tights). She loves them. They are tall enough she can fold them over the tops of her skates or pull them up tall under her pants. She's had these almost 6 months now and they've been washed countless times and every pair is still in perfect condition. I wash them on a normal cycle with all the rest of the laundry and haven't had any issues. I can't believe 6 months and not one single snag. I will buy these again if they ever wear out.

These socks are the perfect weight to not rip easily but light enough for skating

I am only a recreational skater so I am used to wearing a heavy wool sock with my skates. After getting better quality skates, I was advised to get these lightweight socks. My feet are always cold but between the good skates and these socks, my feet were comfortable. They were a good value compared to others. I only needed 1 pair but the smallest option was for 3 pair.

I bought these for my 11yr old daughter who is on a skating team. She loves wearing them and are great! Very durable! Highly recommend them for skating but they can also be worn otherwise.
