my faith is weak will this help  it really get going again?

Faith is a gift from God. I'll borrow a few lines from "GotQuestions.org": Where does faith come from? Faith is not something we conjure up on our own, nor is it something we are born with, nor is faith a result of diligence in study or pursuit of the spiritual. Ephesians 2:8-9 makes it clear that faith is a gift from God, not because we deserve it, have earned it, or are worthy to have it. It is not from ourselves; it is from God. It is not obtained by our power or our free will. Faith is simply given to us by God, along with His grace and mercy, according to His holy plan and purpose, and because of that, He gets all the glory.

No, it is made out of a polyester. It has fringes so it should probably be washed on a gentle cycle.

This is a prayer shawl for Christians who want to experience Jewish culture or for a Messianic Jew.  The prayer on the shawl to be said before putting on the shawl is written in Hebrew, but it says, "Blessed are you O Lord, King of the Universe who has fulfilled all of the Torah through Jesus the Messiah and has covered us with His righteousness.

In the book Secrets of the Prayer Shawl by Prof. M.M. Ninan it should be a prayer said when one is putting on the Prayer Shawl.  '"I am here enwrapping myself in this fringed robe, in fullfilment of the command of my Creator, as it is written in the Torah, they shall make them a fringe upon the corners of their garments throughout their generations.  And even as I cover myself with the tallit in this world, so may my soul deserve to be clothed with a beautiful spiritual robe in the World to Come, in the garden of Eden.  Not much is covered about it because the main purpose of the Prayer Shawl is to have the tassels on the four corners of the garment.  This is covered in Numbers 15:37-40 and Deuteronomy 22:12.  If you get the book it covers the tassels completlely.  I got my copy from Amazon.  Hope this helps.
