Continuing the after adventure with a new adventure
Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, Vol. 2 brings in Stark, the "cowardly" warrior. Stark is a great addition to the series and especially works well with Fern. The plot also begins to take shape with now a definitive goal, yet the fun isn't removed. Still an exciting and fun read.

grammar and mistranslation error.
There are one grammar errors such as “ all those precious memories would disappear from * the* world. Also speech bubble when Eisen says “ THIS MY BE A SURPRISE TO YOU, BUT LIFE GOES ON A LONG TIME EVEN AFTER YOU'VE BEEN IN YOUR PRIME.” Does not make any sense in the context of the conversation he is having with Frierenz

Slow going.
After volume 2 there's still not much happened. Imagine Volume 1 of Lord of the Rings (The Fellowship of the Ring) with less characterisation, description and poetry. See what I mean. I just gave up on the entire series.

Frieren vol 2 - just getting better?
After the emotional punch of the first volume, it is fair to say this volume doesn’t hit quite as hard. But make no mistake, this is just a change of emphasis for the story as Frieren and Fern continue their journey, growing their party and slowly learning more about each other as they go. The artwork is still stunning, the humour is ever-present and each panel bears a close study. And then things take a turn for the shounen as they encounter a party of devious demons and a new side to Frieren is revealed. Literally cannot wait for volume three! And I don’t have to because there are six volumes out already…

an engrossing read
i picked the first 4 volumes of the series up after watching a youtube video that recommended them and i gotta say the reviewer was 100% on the money about how much the characters and setting pull you in and leave you wanting more!
