I purchased this scanner in December, 2020. Thanks to COVID, I was delayed in opening my store. It literally sat UNOPENED in the original box from Amazon until we did finally get to open our store. When I did finally get to open this spring (2022), we have NEVER been able to get it to work! I tried it with my Square stand... NOTHING. I tried it with my PC...NOTHING. I attempted to contact the manufacturer for repair only to learn that the warranty expired six months after I purchased it! Label was laying in box with the serial number. The scanner itself looks tampered with. Manufacturer has said it is a hardware issue and that I need to pay out of pocket to have it repaired! I will NEVER buy another one of these!

We use this with Square Terminal at farmers markets…for 2 weeks…and it’s 50-50 if it will power up. I’m pretty good at troubleshooting and this is too expensive to sorta work. I’m on the fence about replacing with the same brand/model…please let me know if you got a lemon and a replacement solved your problems

This scanner is completely non-intuitive. We have used Intermec products in the past with no issues ever and I though I'd try a symbol due to its lower cost. Nightmare. I figured out how to program it (eventually) and it worked for a couple of days, then one morning, it was no longer working. I tried downloading drivers and MS POS software and the scanner is still not visible to any computer. I give up. My takeaway is buy something else.

Works great with square register! Easy to connect. Accurate and makes checkout a lot faster
